Job Description

The Logistics Associate Manager's main responsibility is to monitor and coordinate with the third-party logistics provider (3PL) ZALORA uses to deliver customer orders across the Philippines. S/he will work closely and effectively with all 3PLs to ensure service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI) are meeting or exceeding targets.


● Drive performance improvements across all last mile KPIs 

● Cost optimization 

● Periodic re-negotiation of rate cards, COD handling and valuation charges 

● Ensure scalability of last mile logistics providers particularly during peak period

 ● Coordination and execution of internal and external performance improvement projects 


  • Preferably 5+ years experience in managing last mile logistics operations 
  • Preferably 3+ years experience in project management & LEAN projects 
  • Desire to achieve results, attention to details and willingness to face challenges with the positive attitude 
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, 
  • Knowledge in Tableau or similar data visualization tools & Statistics tools preferred. 
  • Knowledge in SQL is a plus Able to manage key stakeholders & cross-functional KPIs 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English proficiency is a must. 
  • Willing to be based in Muntinlupa - Cavite Expressway (MCX) Area 
  • Manage third party delivery service: shipping, freight and distribution Handle enquiries, negotiate and consult solutions on customer requests
  • Perform network optimisation Lead in process improvement and operational analysis 
  • Create performance management dashboard and provide regular analysis on logistics performance – productivity, quality, employee performance, etc. 
  • Develop and fine-tune SOP for fulfilment process Perform user acceptance testing for apps and system developed by IT team Support in activities related to logistics operations
  •  Develop the deliverer training and onboarding guides to build service quality Track initiatives implementation, cost effectiveness and service level performance Engage in customer service/experience improvement initiatives
