Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support / problem resolution thru phone /chat.
  • Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their computer systems, software applications and services.

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical customer support role
  • Experience in using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Strong MS Excel spreadsheet skills
  • Independent worker, able to largely self-manage and also work with a remote team
  • Able to respond to enquiries via email, chat message and phone
  • Patient and helpful to provide assistance to customers
  • experience using Excel spreadsheets in particular
  • Able to quickly learn new software systems and be able to provide technical support to people
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Able to keep good records
  • Able to keep track of tasks that need to be done, and complete them on time
  • Can work shifting schedules
