Our Users (Employers and Jobseekers) understand that information posted on the Service will be available to other Users who have access to the Service. And also responsible for the text content or information you submitted, published, post or display on our website.
Workguest provides services that can enhance employers and job seekers recruitment experience. Services such as : Online Examination and Online Interview, Employers can use these tools to communicate and know the knowledge of candidates. We are not responsible for any acts that may happen when conducting an online interview. You are only responsible for your acts and manners. We don’t save any records of the interview (like videos, voice and chats) except for the notes you created during the interview.
WorkGuest grants employers to use the service for internal business to seek potential employees to join their team. WorkGuest does not guarantee the effectiveness of using our service will directly provide employers a good result in hiring a candidate. Upon using our service, WorkGuest is not responsible for each candidates attitude.
WorkGuest will require registration to use some features of our service. You should be responsible for the password and the email you created and also for the information that you add to your account. You should make sure that you provide us the correct information most especially your company background. You are responsible for all the transactions that will be made through your account whether it is authorized or not authorized by you
The company reserves the right to edit or remove inappropriate post information.

Workguest does not store credit card information that you provide online on its Web page.
The invoice will be sent after the payment is successful. You will receive the invoice inside your WorkGuest account and in the email account that you provide to us. WorkGuest will not issue a refund once you paid a certain service, unless, there is a server failure or system failure while using the service.
WorkGuest grants job seekers to use the service for seeking potential employment by sending a resume and sending contact information to potential employers. WorkGuest reserves the right to remove an inappropriate resume.
WorkGuest will require registration for job seekers to use some of our services, like upload resume and receiving job alerts. In creating an account, you should be responsible for the password and the email you created.
The service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. WorkGuest is not responsible for the content of the third party’s site, it’s your own risk if you decide to visit or click the third party’s link. We don't have any control over and no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites, products or services.
WorkGuest reserves the right to read and investigate the information that the user-submitted in our site and we will take action against anyone who violates the terms. Violating our terms is grounds for immediate termination of users to use our service with or without prior notice.
