WorkGuest conducts a unique service that can help job seekers to easily find a job online, and to make it easier for them to accept examination and interview within our site. to achieve this, we allow employers to use our site and post a job. we allow job seekers to upload their resume, create a job alert, apply to any job vacancy inside our service, we will also ask permission if they would like us to refer their resume to another employer within our site.

Our service provides an online examination and the online interview, we assume that these features will help both sides to easily connect using our website. Employers can post a job and use our services, which they can connect and conduct online examinations and online interviews within our site, and can also get updated whenever there is an applicant applied in their job post.

Gathering User Information

The amount and type of information that we gather are depending on what kind of user you are. WorkGuest has two kinds of users which are the employer and the job seeker. For the users who are employers, we will gather much information for us to verify if you are a valid user or not. And for users who are job seekers, we only gather less information like asking name, email, password and contact number.

Shared Information

Upon submitting a job application, the personal information you choose to share is forwarded to the employers you applied and they may use your personal information to contact you. Also, if you agree in your account settings that you will allow us to share your personal information with other potential employers we will provide them with your personal information. If you change your mind and decide not to share your personal information with another employer, you have all the right to do that.
