    No, we don't allow users to change the email address for our data purposes and to prevent spam emails.

  • Can I change my account name?

    Yes, you can change your account name inside the company settings page.

  • Can I change my account contact number?

    Yes, you can change your contact number inside the company settings page.

  • Why do I have to add company information?

    We need your company information for us to read and investigate your company and for our job seekers' security as well. We strictly don't accept dummy companies. If you cannot provide us your company information within a week since the day you created your account we will automatically remove your workguest account and block your email.

  • Is my company information secure on your website?

    We need to secure your personal information, but the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

  • Can I edit my company information whenever I want?

    Find it in your accounts navigation click your user image then select company settings.

  • Why do I have to add a company logo?

    You should have a company logo to add interest for job seekers to view your posted job.

  • How to add a job post?

    First, you must have a workguest account. Inside your account dashboard, you can see the Post a Job button, clicking that button will redirect you to add job post page.

  • What happened if my job post expires?

    The posted job will directly remove to the job list, but you can still view your expire job post inside your dashboard.

  • Can I use again the expired job post that I created?

    Yes, you can still use it by restoring your expired job post, you can find it in your dashboard or in the sidebar under the job.

  • Can I edit my posted job?

    Yes, you can edit your posted job, but take note we will still check if what you edited is still part of your job post content.

  • Can I delete the job post that I created?

    Yes, you are free to delete the job post you created.

  • If I already hired applicants within less than a month, Can I inactive the posted job?

    Yes, you can inactive your job post.

  • After payment, how long does it take for the job post/credits to show up in my account?

    For payment via PayPal, job posts/credits should be instantly reflected in your account after payment is successful.

  • What is an online interview?

    An online interview is where you can interview an applicant using our platform, you can see the applicant resume, can add interview notes and reactions, and can communicate using chatbox.

  • Where should I go to set an online interview with applicants?

    Find it inside the sidebar of your account under the Applicants then select All Applicants where you can find the list of applicants who applied to your posted job. On the right part of the table under Actions, you can click the (three lines) button and there you can select the view button that will redirect you to the applicant resume page. Inside that page, select the Interview button and it will ask you to write a message to the applicant, then click the Send button and it will directly send an interview link to the applicant.

  • Where should I go to check the applicant interview list?

    Find it inside the sidebar of your account under the Online Interview then select Applicants and it will direct you to the All Interviewee's table.

  • After I set an interview schedule for the applicant, Where should I go to start the interview?

    Find it inside the sidebar of your account under the Online Interview then select Applicants and it will direct you to the All Interviewee's table where you can find the Start Interview button.

  • Does online interview work on any devices/browsers?

    • For desktop browser compatibility.
      • Chrome
      • Firefox
    • If you are using an android phone, you can use the chrome browser.
    • If you are using the iPhone, you can only use the Safari browser.
  • What is an online examination?

    Online examination is where you can create your own assessment, send examination to applicants and can directly view applicant exam results.

  • Where can I add an examination?

    Find it inside the sidebar of your account under the Online Exam then select Add Exam and it will redirect you to the Add assessment page.

  • Where can I find the created exam?

    Find it inside the sidebar of your account under the Online Exam then select View Exam and it will redirect you to the All Examination page.

  • Can I set the examination time limit?

    Yes, you can add a time limit, it will ask you a time limit when you first set up the examination.

  • Where should I go to check the list of applicants for examination?

    Find it inside the sidebar of your account under the Online Exam then select Applicants and it will redirect you to the All Examinees page.

  • Can I see the applicant exam result as soon as possible?

    Yes, after the applicant is done taking the exam you can directly check the exam result.

  • Does online Examination work on any devices/browsers?

    Yes, you can inform your applicants that they can do the examination in any browser and any devices(except touchpads), but we recommend to use a desktop to avoid issues.

  • What is a feature plan?

    A Feature plan is composed of 3 packages which are Basic, Premium, and Additional. You are free to choose what kind of package you need, these packages will let you enjoy using our service in a fast and easy way.

  • Where to buy the feature plan?

    Find it inside the sidebar of your account then select the pricing and it will redirect you to the pricing overview page. Just choose what kind of package you want to buy.

  • Can I get more information about these features inside the packages?

    Yes, you can. All you have to do is to hover the question mark icon inside the package to get more information about our feature.

  • What is a top company feature?

    A top company feature is where we expose your company logo to those users who visit our website.It is displayed on the job list page sidebar.

  • How to buy top company feature?

    Find it inside the sidebar of your account select the Pricing and it will redirect you to the pricing page, then go to the Individual Plan tab and select the banner. You can choose how long will you expose your company logo on our website. after that, click the buy now button and it will direct you to the payment page.

  • How to use the top company feature?

    If you already paid the top company feature, your company logo will automatically display on our top company list. (NOTE: Make sure that you uploaded a company logo in your account or else we will display our default company logo and your company name.)

  • What is a post booster feature?

    A post booster feature is where you can make your posted job be on the top of all the job list that our website has, it means to expose your job post easily to attract job seekers.

  • How to buy a post booster feature?

    Find it inside the sidebar of your account select the Pricing and it will redirect you to the pricing page, then go to the Individual Plan tab and select the booster. You can choose how many booster you want to buy. after that, click the buy now button and it will direct you to the payment page.

  • How to use the post booster feature?

    If you already posted a job and want to boost up your post on our job list, you can go to your dashboard and there you can see the active post tab where we display all your active job posts. In boosting your job, select the lightning icon and it will ask your confirmation if you want to boost the specific job.

  • How to know if how many booster I have?

    Inside your accounts navigation, you will find a lightning icon with a name booster, it shows how many boosters your account has.

  • What is a post-credit feature?

    A post-credit feature is where you can post a particular job to our website. without post-credits, you cannot able to post a job.

  • How to buy a post-credit feature?

    Find it inside the sidebar of your account select the Pricing and it will redirect you to the pricing page, then go to the Individual Plan tab and select the post. You can choose how many posts you want to buy. after that, click the buy now button and it will direct you to the payment page.

  • How to use the post-credit feature?

    Post credit is used when you post a particular job in our website, all you have to do to post a job is to go to your dashboard and there you can find the post a job button and it will direct you to create a job page.

  • How to know if how many credits I have?

    Inside your accounts navigation, you will find a coins icon with a name credits, it shows how many credits your account has.

  • What is the history log?

    A history log is where you can see the type of event you do inside your account ( events like payment and job posts). We added an event description for more information.

  • Where to find the history log?

    Find it inside the sidebar of your account then select the history logs and it will redirect you to the history logs page.

  • Can I delete my history logs?

    No, you cannot delete your history logs, it is for your future reference.

  • What is a notification?

    Notification is where you can get notified for our upcoming feature updates, notified for new applicants who applied in your job, notified for the incoming interview and examination and other more with regards to our services.

  • How to know if I got notification?

    If you have notification the bell icon in your account navigation will have a red circle with a number inside (the number shows how many notifications you received).

  • Where to find the notification list?

    Find it inside your account navigation, click the bell icon and it will show you the notification pop-up and below you can see the see all button which will redirect you to the notification page.

  • Can I mark as read all my notifications?

    Yes, all you have to do is to click the bell icon and it will show you the notification pop-up and click the mark all as read button.

  • Does the notification has its list limit?

    Yes, it has a limit. We can only store less than 100 notification lists in your account, the old notification you have will directly be removed.

  • Can I delete my notifications?

    No, you cannot delete your notifications.

    To start the interview we will generate an interview link and send it to your email. We will send it using the email address you provide (Note: Once you clicked the link you will directly be connected to the employer).

  • What if I am not available to the said schedule that the employer gave, what should I do?

    If that's the case, all you have to do is to reply to the message that you received from us, inform the employer that you are not available to the said schedule and provide the employer your available date and time for the interview.
